One firm per 15-mile radius£150 per booked quote, or £1,750/mo with a full refundLive in 5 working days

Roofing closes in days, so this is the trade where the maths shows up fastest.

The difference

A lead is a form.
A booked quote is a job you can price.

Most roofers have paid for leads. Most have stopped. Here is why we never sell one.

A lead what you have been buying

  • A name and a number, sold to three or four other firms at the same time
  • You ring it. Twice. Voicemail. Then it goes cold while you are up a ladder
  • No idea if they own the property, have a budget, or want it done this year
  • You pay whether it answers or not

A booked quote what we deliver

  • One homeowner, your firm only, inside your agreed area
  • Called inside 60 seconds by a human who asks the budget question before you drive anywhere
  • Date, time and address sitting in your diary, reminders sent the day before and two hours before
  • If it does not meet the definition below, you do not pay for it
How it works

Five steps, same for every client.
That is why it works.

You see none of it except the quote in your diary and six numbers on a Friday.

  1. Ads under your brand

Meta ads on your page, your ad account, your area. Your name on the van, your name on the ad.

    Live in 5 working days
  2. 60-second response

Every enquiry gets a text and a WhatsApp inside a minute. Speed is most of the show rate.

    Automated
  3. A human budget-checks it

Our UK-based setter rings, confirms they own the home, the job, the timeframe and the budget band.

    Scripted, recorded
  4. Booked into your diary

Two slots offered, one confirmed, address and photos attached. Reminders go out automatically.

    70% show target
  5. Friday numbers

Spend, enquiries, qualified, booked, quoted, won. Six numbers to your WhatsApp every week.

    No dashboards
What counts

A booked quote means all six of these.
Miss one and it is not billed.

The definition is in the contract, not in a sales call. It is the same one our guarantee is measured on.

A named homeowner, not a tenant, not a landlord's agent
A confirmed date and time in your diary
An address inside your agreed 15-mile radius
A budget band at or above your stated minimum job value
A verified mobile number that answered
Answered the qualifying questions on a recorded call
Pricing

Two ways to pay. Never both.

Pick the one that matches how you like to buy. Both get the same system, the same setter and the same definition.

Way A · pay per booked quote
£150 / booked quote

Nothing up front. No setup fee. No retainer.

  • Billed only for quotes that meet all six points of the definition
  • A quote that does not hold is credited, not argued over
  • Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice
  • Target: 15 booked quotes a month, one firm per 15-mile radius
Check my area
Way B · fixed fee + refund
£1,750 / month

For firms that prefer a known monthly cost. 90 days, then rolling.

  • 45 booked quotes in 90 days or the full fee comes back, refunded within 14 days
  • First month in advance, then monthly
  • Same setter, same definition, same Friday numbers
  • A known monthly cost whatever the volume, and a refund if we miss
Talk through the numbers
Ad spend is on top, and it is yours. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account, minimum £1,200 a month (typical £1,200-2,500). We never mark it up, never hold it, and if you leave, the account, the pixel and the data stay with you.
The maths, out loud

What a won roof costs you.

Nobody in this market shows their working. Here is ours, using the conservative end of what our definition produces.

£150
per booked quote
7 in 10
attend (reminders + re-confirmation)
3 in 10
of those you win. Your close rate, not ours
≈ £1,114
fees + ad spend per won job, against a £6,500-10,500 roof

£150 ÷ 70% ÷ 30% ≈ £714 in fees, plus roughly £400 of your own ad spend per won job. If your close rate is better than 3 in 10, the number falls.

Who it is for

We say no more than we say yes.

One firm per area means we have to pick the right one. This is the filter.

A fit

  • Two or more crews and at least three years trading
  • Can take five quote appointments a week and confirm each inside 48 hours
  • Will fund £1,200+ a month of ad spend for 90 days and keep it live
  • Has reviews a homeowner can find, and a van with your name on it
  • Does this kind of work: re-roofs, flat roofs, fascias, soffits & guttering, repairs over £1,500

Not a fit

  • Sole traders and start-ups: the ads will outrun your capacity in a fortnight
  • Anyone who wants leads to chase themselves
  • Firms that cannot confirm an appointment within two days
  • Franchises and national brands with their own marketing
  • Anyone already working with us in the same area. One firm, one 15-mile radius
The guarantee, in full

45 booked quotes in your first 90 days, or the fee comes back.

The clock starts the day your ads go live. The five-working-day setup is not counted. If fewer than 45 quotes that meet the six-point definition are in your diary by day 90, every penny of the management fee is refunded within 14 days. On pay-per-quote there is nothing to refund, because you only ever paid for quotes that held.

What we ask of you. The guarantee stands as long as you:

  1. Fund the agreed ad spend (minimum £1,200 a month) for the full 90 days and keep it live
  2. Attend, or confirm within 48 hours, every booked quote. One you cancel or miss still counts as delivered
  3. Keep your area, trade list and minimum job value as agreed
  4. Give us diary and CRM access so we can book and send reminders
  5. Keep at least five quote slots a week open

All of it is written down and signed before go-live. No small print that is not on this page.

Questions

Asked on most calls.

Is ad spend included in the price?

No. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account, minimum £1,200 a month. We never touch it, mark it up or hold it. That is deliberate: when the spend is yours, the account, the pixel and the audience data stay yours if you ever leave.

Who actually calls the homeowner?

A UK-based setter working from a script we wrote in your name. Not a bot, not an offshore call centre. Calls are recorded and you can listen to any of them. The first thing they do is confirm the homeowner owns the property and has a budget at or above your minimum.

What if the homeowner cancels or does not show?

If they cancel before the appointment, the setter rebooks them and you are not billed twice. If they no-show after re-confirmation, it is credited on Way A. On Way B it still counts towards the 45 only if it met the definition when it was booked; we chase re-confirmation so this stays rare.

Do you work with my competitors?

Not in your area. One roofing firm per 15-mile radius. If someone else in your patch asks, they are told it is taken.

How quickly are we live?

Five working days from signed terms: onboarding form, ad account and page access, creative shot from your own photos and a 30-second owner intro, calendar connected, setter briefed. The 90-day clock starts the day ads go live, not the day you sign.

What is the catch?

The stipulations in the guarantee. You have to keep the spend live, confirm appointments inside 48 hours and leave five slots a week open. Firms that cannot do those three things are not a fit, and we would rather say so now than on day 60.

Why £150 per quote?

It covers the ads management, the 60-second response, the human call, the booking and the reminders. Across a month it comes to about what the market charges as a retainer, except that you only pay it when a quote is actually in your diary.

Area check

Check whether your area is still open.

One firm per area, so the first thing we check is whether yours is taken. Takes 30 seconds, then you pick a time for a 30-minute numbers call.

No newsletter, no drip sequence. If your area is open you get a calendar; if it is taken, you get told.
