We book 15 budget-checked quote appointments a month into your diary, exclusive to your area, and you only pay per quote that holds. Nothing up front. No retainer. No leads to chase.
See if your area is still open.
Kitchens close slower than roofs, so we sell you the pipeline: budget-checked design visits, not showroom footfall.
Most kitchen companies have paid for leads. Most have stopped. Here is why we never sell one.
You see none of it except the quote in your diary and six numbers on a Friday.
Meta ads on your page, your ad account, your area. Your name on the van, your name on the ad.
Live in 5 working daysEvery enquiry gets a text and a WhatsApp inside a minute. Speed is most of the show rate.
AutomatedOur UK-based setter rings, confirms they own the home, the job, the timeframe and the budget band.
Scripted, recordedTwo slots offered, one confirmed, address and photos attached. Reminders go out automatically.
70% show targetSpend, enquiries, qualified, booked, quoted, won. Six numbers to your WhatsApp every week.
No dashboardsThe definition is in the contract, not in a sales call. It is the same one our guarantee is measured on.
Pick the one that matches how you like to buy. Both get the same system, the same setter and the same definition.
Nothing up front. No setup fee. No retainer.
For firms that prefer a known monthly cost. 90 days, then rolling.
Nobody in this market shows their working. Here is ours, using the conservative end of what our definition produces.
£150 ÷ 70% ÷ 30% ≈ £714 in fees, plus roughly £400 of your own ad spend per won job. If your close rate is better than 3 in 10, the number falls.
One firm per area means we have to pick the right one. This is the filter.
The clock starts the day your ads go live. The five-working-day setup is not counted. If fewer than 45 quotes that meet the six-point definition are in your diary by day 90, every penny of the management fee is refunded within 14 days. On pay-per-quote there is nothing to refund, because you only ever paid for quotes that held.
What we ask of you. The guarantee stands as long as you:
All of it is written down and signed before go-live. No small print that is not on this page.
No. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account, minimum £1,200 a month. We never touch it, mark it up or hold it. That is deliberate: when the spend is yours, the account, the pixel and the audience data stay yours if you ever leave.
A UK-based setter working from a script we wrote in your name. Not a bot, not an offshore call centre. Calls are recorded and you can listen to any of them. The first thing they do is confirm the homeowner owns the property and has a budget at or above your minimum.
If they cancel before the appointment, the setter rebooks them and you are not billed twice. If they no-show after re-confirmation, it is credited on Way A. On Way B it still counts towards the 45 only if it met the definition when it was booked; we chase re-confirmation so this stays rare.
Not in your area. One kitchens firm per 15-mile radius. If someone else in your patch asks, they are told it is taken.
Five working days from signed terms: onboarding form, ad account and page access, creative shot from your own photos and a 30-second owner intro, calendar connected, setter briefed. The 90-day clock starts the day ads go live, not the day you sign.
The stipulations in the guarantee. You have to keep the spend live, confirm appointments inside 48 hours and leave five slots a week open. Firms that cannot do those three things are not a fit, and we would rather say so now than on day 60.
It covers the ads management, the 60-second response, the human call, the booking and the reminders. Across a month it comes to about what the market charges as a retainer, except that you only pay it when a quote is actually in your diary.
One firm per area, so the first thing we check is whether yours is taken. Takes 30 seconds, then you pick a time for a 30-minute numbers call.
No newsletter, no drip sequence. If your area is open you get a calendar; if it is taken, you get told.
